Aspirex Care runs the OPD of a small clinic or nursing home: tokens, prescriptions and billing. During the consult it listens in Hindi, English or Hinglish and prepares a draft note for you to check and sign.

Notes from the conversation
Record the consult in Hindi, English or Hinglish. You get a draft SOAP note with ICD-10 codes and a draft prescription. Anything worth a second look, like a drug that clashes with a recorded allergy, is flagged before you sign.
Print a page in Hindi or one of 10 other Indian languages that explains each medicine, when to take it and when to come back. Medicine names and doses are copied from your prescription as written.
Reception shows a QR code and the patient answers a few questions on their own phone, in Hindi or English. You read a short summary before they come in, with any warning signs at the top.
Ask things like "How has her BP changed?" or "What is he taking now?". Answers come only from that patient's records, and each one shows the date it came from.
AI output is always a draft. Nothing reaches a patient until the doctor signs.
Patient instructions copy medicines and doses from the signed prescription.
Allergy clashes and dangerous vitals are flagged, not hidden.
Each clinic's data is isolated, and every access is logged.
Prescriptions carry your name, qualification and registration number.
Questions
Frequently asked
Does the AI understand Hindi and Hinglish?
Yes. Recording uses speech recognition made for Indian languages, and the note is written in clinical English even when the conversation mixes Hindi and English.
Does the AI decide the treatment?
No. Everything the AI writes is a draft. The doctor reviews, edits and signs every note and prescription.
